Cod. 030CAM - Restored country house in rustic style. The house is situated in a magnificent location on the hills of Camaiore and it offers a spectacular view from the valley to the sea. On the ground floor, the villa consists of an entrance room with fireplace, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a large living room with dining area and TV, and a lovely terrace where you can relax. From the living room, you have access to a sauna for 4 persons. There is also a small bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the cottage offers a relaxation area with swimming pool, sun terrace with deckchairs and sunbeds. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view. The garden is equipped with a barbecue and a large pergola with table and chairs to lunch and dine outside. The house is located at the beginning of the trails that lead to the Apuan Alps. The last stretch of road (about 300 meters) is unpaved.

	Wij hebben genoten van het prachtige en gezellige huis, de locatie en de omgeving. Heerlijk rustig plekje om te relaxen met de familie. En mooie wandelingen te maken direct vanuit het huis en daarna lekker in het zwembad te plonzen. 	Ein wundervoller Fleck Erde. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus in den Bergen samt einem Pool mit Panoramablick ins Tal bis zum Meer. 	Wunderschön und ruhig! Die Lage ist toll - ruhig mit wunderschönem Ausblick bis aufs Meer. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, ganz besonders die Stille in den Bergen. Kaum Nachbarn, der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft in jeder Lebenslagge aus. Die Ausstattung und vor allen Dingen die Deko waren auch bezaubernd! Das Schönste war wohl ein Regentag mit Saunagang und anschließender Abkühlung im Pool sowie der Ofen mit welchem das Warmwasser des Hauses erhitzt wird - ist abend sehr gemütlich! 	Prachtig gelegen oorspronkelijk huis Een prachtig gelegen huis, met oorspronkelijke details. We hebben erg genoten. Vanaf het huis ook prachtige wandelingen gelopen. 	wir haben dieser Woche in der Abgeschiedenheit in der toskanischen Bergwelt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen und der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern gut benutzt. Vielen Dank fuer die Tips zum Wandern, vor allem die Wanderung zur Grotta all'Onda hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand war gut zu erreichen und wir waren ueberrascht, wie wenig um diese Zeit dort los war. Das Wasser war sehr sauber und wir konnten viele Voegel beobachten. The city of Camaiore asks a tourist tax: Euro 1,50 a day a person (with a maximum of 7 days) in the period of June 01st to September 30th. Minors under 14 years are exempt of payment. The amount can be paid in cash upon arrival.
