The villa offers guests a rustic but refined Tuscan style. The dining area consists of a large and well-equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace and a veranda that overlooks a part of the garden composed of barbecue area and gazebo. The sleeping area consists of 4 triple rooms and 3 double rooms, each with private bathroom. The lounge with a fireplace has a large terrace with panoramic views. The approximately 7000 sqm park has an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and solarium area. Large private car park is available on the property.

	We stayed 1 week at this nice and very kid / family friendly house with total 10 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of space in the house and especially the large garden with the pool was the paradise for kids (plenty of outdoor toys were on site). The house is well equipped for the leisure of adults with a BBQ which is located at a nice scenery terrace looking over the Tuscany hills. We highly recommend this place, as its value for money. 	Nous sommes très satisfaits de la maison que nous avons louée. A 14 personnes elle s’est révélée parfaite, confortable, bien équipée avec des appareils ménagers, lits et literie, sanitaires de qualité. Le tout en très bon état et propre. L’environnement était également magnifique, parc, piscine, terrasses et très bien entretenu. Nous étions 14 personnes et les chambres pour notre accueil étaient parfaites. Pour nos loisirs cyclistes, ce qui nous a posé quelques problèmes c’est l’état général des routes, la circulation, le comportement des automobilistes et même la signalétique routière. Cyclistes chevronnés, nous recherchions les routes de montagne et pas les pistes cyclables du bord de mer. Pour le réseau secondaire, il y a beaucoup à dire, car rouler sur des vélos de route est très dangereux dans cette région! Ce qui stress terriblement, celui qui aime le vélo, ce sont les nids de poules, les écoulements - canalisations - revêtements défectueux. Notre séjour en Italie nous a beaucoup plu (cuisine, accueil, ambiance des petites villes, architecture, etc. Mais si nous revenons dans la région ce sera sans nos vélos ce qui est dommage car c’est un moyen de bien visiter un pays ou une région. 	Lovely Villa A large group of us stayed in this villa in June, and it was amazing. The view every morning was stunning, as the mountains were visible as well as the beautifully landscaped property. We even had the company of 2 very friendly cats who would visit with us periodically throughout the day. We took advantage of the offer for a catered meal one night, which was great too. The villa is located just outside Camaiore city center, an easy drive, where we were able to catch trains, get meals and groceries, and explore the boardwalk in Lido di Camaiore. Overall, this villa is in our top 5 list of all vacation rentals over the last 15 years, of which there have been many! Review date: 11-06-2016 Joe C.

The city of Camaiore asks a tourist tax: Euro 1,50 a day a person (with a maximum of 7 days) in the period of June 01st to September 30th. Minors under 14 years are exempt of payment. The amount can be paid in cash upon arrival.
