	Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Der schöne Unterstand bietet viel Schatten und man kann gemeinsam grillen oder selbstgemachte Pizza im Pizzaofen 9machen und genießen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und die naheliegenden einzelnen Badezimmer ist sehr gut und kam uns entgegen. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Das Haus liegt in einem Industriegebiet und man muss zur naheliegenden Stadt oder Meer mit dem Auto fahren. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, da wir gerne im Haus waren und uns selbst versorgt haben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hat uns alles gezeigt und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. 	The house and surrounding property are wonderful and exactly as shown in photos; the covered outdoor patio with pizza oven and bbq are especially great and make it a unique property. The owners and property managers were very very helpful throughout our stay and very responsive. One caveat on location: everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive (supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, the beach, etc) and the house is near the highway so is well positioned to explore Tuscany and nearby regions. However, you must have a car - there are no sidewalks near the house and you cannot walk anywhere. But overall a fantastic experience! Review date: 27-06-2022 Fam. K.
	La nostra esperienza in generale è stata molto positiva! I proprietari sono stati molto flessibile con noi (eravamo in 3 famiglie) e ci hanno aiutato con tutto. Le raccomandazioni per mangiare (ristoranti) e tutte le informazioni sulla Villa erano molto chiare e buone. La location è anche molto buona (ma sicuramente c'è ne bisogno della macchina). La villa era molto ben attrezzata. Forse l'unica cosa che manca per renderla perfetta è aggiungere un piccolo parco giochi per i bambini (sono kids friendly e questo darebbe un valore molto grande alle famiglie). 	Das Haus war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Hauptsächlich haben wir uns im grossen Aussenbereich aufgehalten. Die Küche ist im traditionellen Stil und genügend ausgestattet. Der grosse gepflegte Garten mit Pool war perfekt für die Kinder. Direkt am Haus befindet sich eine Strasse, die man tagsüber gut hört. Die Autobahn ist ca. 300m entfernt und man hört es ebenfalls rauschen. In der Nacht ist uns jedoch kein Lärm aufgefallen. Zum Strand in Viareggio sind es ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. 	Bellissima!!! L`abbitazione si trova in una via abbastanza trafficata quindi non è poprio silenziosa. E` facile da trovare e garantisce un`ottima privacy. Il giardino e la piscina sono estremamente curati e bellissimi. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un ottima vacanza.
