On the first floor, there is a double room with private terrace and two single bedrooms with the possibility to transform it in a double, one of which with private terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath. On the outside, the garden has a gazebo with seating area, barbecue and sunbeds to enjoy the open. Private parking is possible in front of the house.

	Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Besteck und Geschirr sind reichlich vorhanden, die Spülmaschine funktioniert bestens. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich im oberen Stock bietet jederzeit die Rückzugsmöglichkeit falls man einmal für sich sein will. Im Garten kann die Wärme der Sonne genossen werden. Kurz, die knapp 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes sind wie im Flug vergangen. Danke Review date: 20-04-2024 Fam. S.

	The house and the neighborhood are very nice. We have had a great time. Visited Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and it's easy to go to the sea daily too. Nice places to shop close by. We stayed with 4 kids. House was big enough and had a great garden and balcony. Review date: 24-07-2023 Fam. V.
	Maison individuelle avec jardin fermé (très pratique pour notre chien) à 10 min en voiture des plages. Bien située aussi pour visiter Pise et les 5Terres. Gaia nous a bien accueillis et réglé rapidement un problème d’essaim d’abeilles rencontré à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont confortables et la cuisine relativement équipée. 	La maison est standard mais bien équipée. Le quartier est résidentiel, sans cachet mais avec plusieurs commodités à proximité. L'emplacement permet de visiter la région facilement (Pise, Lucques, Florence) et d'être à la plage en 15 min en voiture. Propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. 	Posso esprimere solo parole positive per la casa di Gaia. Non manca davvero niente ed è tenuta molto bene, pulita e in ordine. Sembra di stare a casa propria. Gli spazi sono ampi e ariosi, il giardino poi è una chicca, abbiamo cenato sempre fuori sotto il gazebo! La posizione è strategica, in pochi minuti di auto o motorino si arriva in tutta la Versilia e allo stesso tempo si può rimanere fuori dalla confusione serale delle località sul mare. Vicino alla casa ci sono ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie, un piccolo supermarket fornitissimo e una edicola/bazar. Gaia è una persona squisita, mi ha dato moltissimi consigli sui posti da visitare ed è stata sempre disponibile per qualunque nostra esigenza. 	Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Mme GAIA. Très reposant. Conforme à la description la maison était très propre et Mme GAIA nous a même proposé de faire le ménage et changé les draps et serviettes en cours de séjour, ce qui fut fort appréciable. Mme GAIA qui vit juste à côté était très discrète et pour autant très disponible et serviable, nous avons beaucoup échangé par téléphone aussi. Le village de Piano di Momio est situé à 20min de la plage public "free Beach" avec un grand parking à disposition (payant compter environ 6/7 € pour la journée) Merci aussi au site Holiday Sea très disponible et réactif. 	Wir waren mit dem Haus, Ausstatung und Garten sehr zufrieden. Freundliche Betreuung. Strand ca. 6-8 Fahrminuten entfernt. Bäckerei, Geldautomat und kleinen Laden 300m entfernt. Pizzeria 700m entfernt. Großes Einkaufszentrum auf den Weg zum Strand. Sehr positiv war das Vorhanden von Bettwäsche und Tücher, so auch das Internet. 	Belle location, calme et bien positionnée entre mer et terre Propriété conforme au descriptif avec accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Habitation avec une architecture travaillée et belle volumétrie. Seul bémol, absence de climatisation, par ces périodes chaudes. 	Noi e le nostre figlie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della vacanza. L'abitazione da noi scelta rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione presente sul sito: comoda,spaziosa (la presenza di due bagni per 5 persone è davvero l'ideale) ben curata e pulita e soprattutto dotata di un bellissimo e fresco giardino con gazebo che abbiamo sfruttato volentieri sia per le colazioni che per piacevoli cene all'aperto (le zanzare,poche,sono facilmente neutralizzabili dotandosi di candele di citronella che creavano anche una bella atmosfera). Il tutto condito dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari che ringraziamo. Insomma una bellissima vacanza tra colline e spiagge sicuramente da ripetere. Review date: 02-08-2017 Fam. M.
	Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. De woning ligt in een rustig gedeelte van het dorp. Er is een bakkerij en een kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. De woning is compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien . De meeste ramen en deuren zijn voorzien van rolluiken en horren. Er is geen airco aanwezig maar kennelijk is het bij dit type woning en in deze omgeving minder nodig. De tuin vonden we ook erg de moeite waard. Je kan hier vrij zitten.Er staan fruitboompjes Overdag hoor je de vogels en zie je wel eens een salamandertje.Als het gaat schemeren hoor je de krekels en zie je vleermuisjes. Het was fijn om buiten te eten en ook konden we er bbquen. De eigenaren zijn je graag van dienst als je iets nodig hebt en denken met je mee. Er is een goede samenwerking met Holiday at sea. Niet alleen tijdens het boeken maar ook tijdens ons verblijf. We werden te woord gestaan door een nederlandse medewerkster. Niets dan lof voor deze persoon. Ze bleef ook tijdens ons verblijf stand-by voor vragen of problemen en wist voor alles een oplossing. Al met al een grote aanrader . We komen graag terug. Review date: 30-07-2017 Familie V.
