The house is situated in the hills of Camaiore and offers a magnificent view of the valley and the sea. On the ground floor, you have a living room with dining area, fireplace and television, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a hallway with large cabinet and area where you can relax that can be changed into a supplementary bed. In front of the house, you can enjoy a lovely terrace with gazebo, perfect for your breakfast accompanied by the splendid view. The second terrace offers garden furniture and a barbecue for your evenings. The house is located near the trails that lead to the Apuan Alps. The last stretch of road (about 300 meters) is narrow and steep. The private parking is at approx. 10 meters from the house.

The city of Camaiore asks a tourist tax: Euro 1,50 a day a person (with a maximum of 7 days) in the period of June 01st to September 30th. Minors under 14 years are exempt of payment. The amount can be paid in cash upon arrival.
